Each Kit you receive is needed to make a batch of chowder, one batch will make 1/2 gallon of chowder.

It is best cooked in a crockpot so that it will thicken properly.

Directions:

- Combine two cans of clam chowder and one can of chopped sea clams.

- Add one pint (16oz.) of light cream or half & half.

- Add one tablespoon of butter or margarine.

- Double boil or slowly simmer, stirring often until hot.
